Paper House Making

Paper House Making
Today I am going to show you how to make paper house making for kids. This is also very easy and simple paper crafts for kids. Take square shaped white paper and fold it to make 16 small square shapes. Give numbering to both top and bottom border squares as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Make sure to have all the squares should be in equal size.

Now using color pen or pencil mark the joining line 1 and 2 squares and do the same for the remaining squares too. So that you will get 6 lines including top and bottom lines. Cut those lines and glue them to make triangle shaped roof of the house on both top and bottom sides. First glue to 1st sqaure and 3rd square and stick them. Next glue to 2nd square and 4th square stick them too. Do the same process with the other squares too.

Once you finish making roof you will get shape of house without doors and windows. So now mark the doors and windows on front side of the house. Mark T shape for doors and I shape for windows and cut them carefully. Make the windows on back side too in the same way as we did in front side. Using sketch pens paint the house neatly as you like and some decorations to give it a realistic house look.

Greeting Card Making

Today I have come up with greeting card making. Here we can see how to make a simple and easy greeting card. Below are the required things we need.

Greeting Card

Thick Paper

Fevistick

Satin ribbon

Kundans & Stones

So here I am using A4 sheet. First fold the A4 sheet equally and make it two parts. We just need one part. If you want to make bigger size then you can use the full sheet. Take one part of the sheet and foldit again to middle and make sure the edges are equally placed. If you want you can also use colour paper. Take satin ribbon and paste it with glue or fevistick on all four sides of the card. Next I used butterfly shape plates on four corners.

In the middle, I have used flower shape kundans and some green colour kundans for stem. Add glue on the card where you want to paste them as a design and paste them. Below that if you have space write anything you want. Now the front part has finished.

Open the card and draw some border designs or paste any kind of kundans or stones you want. In the middle, you can also write quotation or saying for your beloved one. Finally the greeting card is ready.

In this post I am going to show you how to recycle a news paper into a bag.

Recycled News Paper Bag
Required things:

  • News Paper
  • Fevistick or gum
  • Rope for  handle
  • Satin Ribbon
  • Colour Paper

Coming to the pocess, first take the spreaded news paper  which is in rectangular size.  Next fold the opened edges of top side and glue it . So that it will not open again. Now take two card board pieces in equal size and place them on the paper. There should be some gap between two pieces.

It’s better to paste the card board pieces on the paper. Then you fold the edge once again and glue it. Now fold the paper vertically. Glue the gum once again to close the left  side of the bag. Now  we need to fold both right and left side of the edges. Turn the other side and fold the same as previous on other side too. While folding right and left  sides make sure to fold them inside.  Half of the bag finished.

Coming to the bottom, first close left and right sides and glue them properly. Now close top and bottom sides as the same way. Press it from inside. Now make two holes to the card board on both ends and tie with rope. Now recycled news paper bag is ready. If you want you may decorate it as you like.

Here I wrapped it with colour paper and satin ribbon. In the image you can see that. If you want more information, you can also watch this video. I was inspired by this video too.
